I’m Dr Priya Khorana, founder of Lifestyle Nutrition Consulting - an in-person & online private practice aimed at offering nutrition education & exercise programs to schools, restaurants, multinational corporations and 100’s of private clients, like YOU. I received my PhD in Nutrition from Columbia University, NYC and have a Masters Degree in Sports Medicine from The University of Pittsburgh.
My passion is to help you feel your absolute best through good nutrition and fitness. I mean it. It’s really as simple as that! My mission is to ensure you feel the best version of yourself. I aim to help you feel energized because I know how awful it feels when you’re stuck in a rut. If you’re ready to feel comfortable in your body, and ditch the stress related to food choices, then I’m here to help you make informed nutrition choices, without focusing on restriction or binge-inviting eating habits, so that these changes last you a lifetime.

It’s my job to help you alleviate your struggles around reducing, maintaining or gaining weight.
